  • DBT Skills: See Treatment Focus
  • Treatment Plans: All clients will have a Treatment plan that focuses on their behaviors and expectation for discharge of program.
  • Quarterly Report: A summary of the client behaviors will be provided to the social worker and or parent with detailed information regarding the progress of the clients, along with the summary a charts graph will be included.
  • Crisis Intervention: Helping Hands staff is trained in crisis intervention to help provide are client’s safety and teach behavioral Management Skills.
  • Weekly Treatment movies/ Process group: Helping Hands provides movies that focus on a treatment topic.
  • Goals week: Focuses on a Treatment task to be completed by the clients.
  • Weekly one on one session: Helping Hands staff will provide weekly session on progress of Treatment.
  • Color Points System: This system focus on Positive Rewards for good behavior.
  • Chemical Dependency Assessment: Helping Hands will provide an assessment from are Chemical Dependency Professional and give recommendation for services.
  • Suicidal Intervention Assessment: Helping Hands will Provide Crisis intervention services by are Mental Health Professional and give recommendation on emergency services needed.
  • Art Therapy: Helping hands clients will have art clases once a week with a art instructor.
  • Life Skills: Helping Hands will provide daily routines that focuses on living skills such as helping with job applications completing daily chores and proper hygiene ect.
  • Activities: Helping Hands provides daily activity’s for are client's that include going into the public.
 
 
□ Out-of-House Services Provided
 
  • Medical: All Helping Hands clients will have a current Dental exam within the first 30 days of placement by a local community provider.
  • Mental Health: All Helping Hands clients will be referred to a local community provider for counseling.
  • Medication Management: All Helping Hands client will be referred to a local provider for proper medication management.
  • VOA: A referral will be made for living skills on all clients 15 and older.
  • Chemical Dependency: Helping Hands clients who are in need of Chemical Dependency will be referred to a local provider for counseling.
  • Education: All Helping Hands clients will attend local school. Helping Hands advocates for proper IEP/504 and class room placement.
