expectation for discharge of program.

charts graph will be included.

Helping Hands staff is
trained in crisis intervention to help provide are

Skills.

movies that focus on a treatment topic.

applications completing daily chores and proper
hygiene ect.

Helping Hands clients will have a current Dental
exam within the first 30 days of placement by a
local community provider.
- Mental
Health: All
Helping Hands clients will be referred to a local
community provider for counseling.

Medication Management:
All Helping Hands
client will be referred to a local provider for
proper medication management.
- VOA:
A referral will be made
for living skills on all clients 15 and older.

Chemical Dependency:
Helping Hands clients
who are in need of Chemical Dependency will be
referred to a local provider for counseling.

Education:
All Helping Hands clients will attend local school.
Helping Hands advocates for proper IEP/504 and class
room placement.
